Job Description

  • Greeting, welcoming and directing clients & candidate to assigned meeting rooms.
  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
  • Providing administrative support across the organization.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Overseeing meeting room schedules
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks when required by the management from time to time
Job Requirements: –
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • No working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good telephone manner with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.
