Job Description
- Greeting, welcoming and directing clients & candidate to assigned meeting rooms.
- Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
- Providing administrative support across the organization.
- Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Overseeing meeting room schedules
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks when required by the management from time to time
Job Requirements: –
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- No working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good telephone manner with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.
