Job Description
Greeting, welcoming and directing clients & candidate to assigned meeting rooms.
Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
Providing administrative support across the organization.
Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
Overseeing meeting room schedules
Ad-hoc administrative tasks when required by the management from time to time
Job Requirements: –
Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
No working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good telephone manner with good interpersonal & communication skills.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur.
