Analyze the service market environment, customer pain points, and requirements, and explore and improve service opportunities for Wireless service.
Develop service solutions for Wireless based on customer requirements and network characteristics.
In sales projects, take charge of solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Understand one or more service products/solutions especially for Wireless, and have experience in selling or delivering frontline project solutions.
Be able to understand and analyze customer requirements and effectively manage customer expectations.
Have strong communication and presentation capabilities, strong service development awareness, and good English skills to communicate with customers.
