Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to Deputy Chairman, including keeping track and updating records of banking, investments, properties, GST submission and tax submission.
- Provide full range of secretary support and administration to the Deputy Chairman.
- Manage and update Deputy Chairman’s schedule including appointment and travelling arrangement.
- To assist in admin function as and when required.
- To assist on any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Preferably candidate with Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and is a MUST.
- At least 3 of working experience reporting to top management.
- Pleasant personality with strong organizing, communication, follow-up and coordinating skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with ease in professional manner.
- Have excellent computer and administration skills.
