Job Description
- Work collaboratively with the project manager, team, outside consultants to maximize productivity；
- Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle；
- Assist project manager to supervise the activities on site；
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously；
- Monitor the budget and help ensure effective use of resources；
- Co-ordinate with clients, logistics, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of a schedule；
- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members；
- Conduct quality inspections on gradually completed projects and make recommendations for effective project management；
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research, documentation, and email checking；
- Updating daily and weekly status reports to the project manager in a timely manner.
Requirement：
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent;
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing);
- Fresh graduates are totally welcomed;
- Experience in project delivery or operation services is preferred;
- Possess strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and result-oriented;
- Excellent Microsoft Office and mailbox features;
- Good organizational and communication abilities;
- Able to travel domestic and overseas;
- Work effectively under pressure and work overtime may be required.
