Vacant Outlet: Popular Kluang Mall (Admin Assistant Position)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Data Entry and document checking for delivery and purchasing orders.
- Prepare and manage order fulfillment. (e.g. Purchase Order, Invoices, etc)
- To handle all incoming mails/ faxes and redirect them to related parties.
- To generate correspondence and be responsible for all administrative duties.
- To perform submission of related documents to respective departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM & above with at least 1 – 2 years working experience in administrative.
- Computer literate – Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good working attitude.
- Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
