Responsibilities:

  • Perform diversified secretarial duties and provide general administrative and operations support ensuring all aspects of the office is organised efficiently and effectively.
  • To organize and manage correspondences.
  • Be flexible and able to respond to our clients demands.
  • To maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of co-works.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation & organizing internal event.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Hardworking, multi-tasking and proactive.
  • Self-motivated with high level of integrity, highly committed and able to work independently.
