Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients (China Market).
- Prepare and handle full set of shipping docs for import and export.
- Liaise with shipping and forwarding agents to ensure smooth flow of clearance processes of vessels, import and export goods of the company.
- To arrange/ monitor/ follow up all the necessary for unloading and loading works.
- To liaise with clients and relevant departments for tracking of shipments.
- To perform others ad-hoc duties.
- Good in communication and writing skills
- Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Words and etc)
- Required Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate will act as a Shipping Operation for this job position.
