1) To learn on existing factory production lines and systems related.

2) Propose and execute studies and projects related to process efficiency and cost reduction.

3) Research and propose latest engineering technologies applicable to glove manufacturing process.

4) Work closely with Production and related departments on project execution.

5) To ensure proper SOP and documentations related to projects executed.

6) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.

7) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.

1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.

2) Good command of English & Malay (spoken & written).

3) Applicants must be willing to work in Meru.

4) Result oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

5) Basic knowledge in Thermodynamics / Fluid Mechanics / Organic Chemistry / Inorganic Chemistry.
