Job Responsibilities
1. Provide support to supervisors to develop the capabilities of staff:
- Organise staff training, workshop and activities
- Execute HR branding on ‘culture’
2. Monitoring staff performance and attendance:
- Monitor daily attendance
- Complete the monthly attendance report
3. Staff recruitment and daily HR activities
- Schedule and organize interviews
- Handle daily queries on HR matters and provide feedback
- Handle staff claims
4. Foreign worker matters
- Work permit renewals
- Transport and repatriation matters
- Accommodation and outsourcing
5. Payroll
- Prepare foreign workers’ payroll
- Prepare salary summaries for all staff
6. Benefits-related matters
- Monitor the petrol, telco & toll usage for every staff
- Employee benefits tracking including issuance of company property
- Coordination of outstation / overseas travel
7. Administrative Tasks
- Filing in soft & hard copy
- Prepare letters, gather quotations for activities
- Prepare staff claims and checking invoices
- Prepare company claims as needed

Requirements:
- At least a Degree in HRM or a related undergraduate degree
- Your English is excellent
- Have integrity, hardworking and willing to go extra-mile
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR Field
- IT-savvy
- Own Transport
- 1 Full-Time position
