Provide 1st and 2nd level support by identifying, resolving and escalating the problems to next level of support to ensure service commitment is met and problems are resolved.
Response to user queries base on known error database.
Identification of bug and the workaround.
Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
Work closely with the infrastructure & developers team for application deployment to staging and production environment.
Greet all customers pleasantly and ensure compliance to all customer requirements.
Maintain logs records of all production issues for future tracking purposes.
Provide 24hrs x 7 days operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Ability to apply analytical and basic troubleshooting skills to customer issues.
Able to work as a team to perform various IT system support functions and projects.
Able to work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to system problems and service commitments.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, both written & spoken is a must.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Willing to work on shift rotation basis, including holidays and weekend.
