6. Continuously self-update on latest industrial technology trends and evaluate for potential application in TG factories.

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Software Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
2. Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
3. Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
5. Know standard computer application including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
6. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes.
7. Knowledgeable and/or skilled in Instrumentation, SCADA, Industrial Automation, & Control Systems.
8. Familiar with programming concepts and/or intermediate level in at least one programming language.
9. Project management, leadership, & organizational skills.
10. Self-driven, motivated, and open to new ideas and information.
