Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in any forms of sales.
- Responsible for Taylor’s Higher Education (New Local, International, Transfer, Progression, Sponsored and Postgraduate) outbound and inbound digital engagement to all prospect students and parents, and to also assist in enrolment-related activities if needed.
- Telesales / Telemarketing experience is preferred.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Strong Selling and Counseling capabilities.
- Strong Customer Service experience.
- Familiar with Sales Tools, Processes and Technologies
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or Mandarin.
- Knowledge and skills in using computer software. E.g. Microsoft software applications.
- Able to work in Subang Jaya
