Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics or any relevant courses.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates looking to grow with us is highly encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management/Tax or equivalent.
1 Full-Time position available.
Fluency in English and Malay.
Knowledge of the local dialects would be an advantage to liaise with suppliers from local Peninsular and Sabah/Sarawak.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop new suppliers, request sample for production to test, negotiate pricing & terms etc.
Compare suppliers in regards to their pricing, delivery on time & good service.
To ensure the order come in on time in order production to run smoothly.
To ensure all records of goods ordered and received.
To cancel the Purchase Requisition if the stock in warehouse is still high.
Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
To hold the delivery if the quality are not accepted.
To make claims against supplier if the goods supply from them are rejected by our customer.
Assist the Buyer in project costing reports.
Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.
