1. Work closely with the product GTM, marketing, and channel sales teams to ensure the success of the retail marketing operation.
2. Develop retail marketing strategies based on retail infrastructure, plan, execute, and monitor retail marketing plans, and manage retail marketing operations in an end-to-end manner.
3. Support the frontline to ensure that the region has good understanding of the retail strategy, assist the frontline in developing the retail marketing execution solution, and ensure the successful implementation of the retail marketing operation.

4. Be responsible for the implementation and adaptation of the retail marketing process in regions and capability incubation
5. Be responsible for retail marketing budget and material resource management.

Requirement:
1. Manage to learn fast with understanding of the retail industry and retail brands, and strong project management capabilities
2. Ability of internal and external communication, coordination and execution

3. Strong interpersonal and pressure-resistance skills.

4. Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Core network, Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent are welcome to apply.
