- To participate & contribute to cross functional teams in carrying out technology improvement projects across the Group.
- To interact with personnel across many departments to identify areas where improvement can be carried out.
- To plan, coordinate, & execute automation improvement projects ranging from small pilot studies to large system wide implementations.
- To manage resources efficiently to ensure cost effectiveness in achieving project goals.
- To cooperate and communicate effectively with direct superiors, teammates, and other staff in everyday conduct.
- Continuously self-update on latest industrial technology trends and evaluate for potential application in TG factories.

- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical/Software Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
- Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
- Know standard computer application including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve established outcomes.
- Knowledgeable and/or skilled in Instrumentation, SCADA, Industrial Automation, & Control Systems.
- Familiar with programming concepts and/or intermediate level in at least one programming language.
- Project management, leadership, & organizational skills.
- Self-driven, motivated, and open to new ideas and information.
