Responsible for creating and customizing solution in bidding project, such as answering the statement of compliance, preparing service solution proposal, service competence presentation, responsibility matrix and etc.
Responsible for the operation, coordination and management of key service activities and events, such as workshops, meetings, forums, etc.
Responsible for service solution sales target with the assigned account, exploring all sales opportunities and work together with the product, sales and channel team to fulfill service sales order
Responsible for risk identification and assumption of the projects during the pre-sales stage.
Responsible as the service contact person for key account assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Candidate with MBA will have added advantage.
Candidates with 3-5 years or more experience in the ICT/IT/Telecommunication industry are welcome to apply.
Good communication, presentation and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
Good problem solving skills and willing to work hard.
Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
Proficiency on mainstream PC server technology and understanding
Basic network or telecommunication technology understanding
Knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Points
Knowledge on Microsoft Project will be an added advantage
Candidate with Huawei Certified ICT Certification such as HCIA, HCIP or HCIE or equivalent will have an added advantage
Candidate with project management experience or certification such as Prince 2/PMP will have added advantage
