Provide personal assistance to Deputy Chairman, including keeping track and updating records of banking, investments, properties, GST submission and tax submission.
Provide full range of secretary support and administration to the Deputy Chairman.
Manage and update Deputy Chairman’s schedule including appointment and travelling arrangement.
To assist in admin function as and when required.
To assist on any other ad-hoc task as and when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. Preferably candidate with Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and is a MUST.
At least 3 of working experience reporting to top management.
Pleasant personality with strong organizing, communication, follow-up and coordinating skills.
Ability to meet deadlines with ease in professional manner.
Have excellent computer and administration skills.
