Responsibilities :
To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.
Act as an auditor on the implementation of ISO for the company.
To develop new customers.
To handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
To ensure outstanding debts to be collected within stipulated terms.
To do field visits.
To gather market information & competitor activities.
To assist the department to achieve the sales target.
To provide good service to customers.
Monitor customer orders with Planning Department to ensure orders are completed within stipulated dateline and to arrange final delivery with client and Administration Executive.
Confirm with Moulding department for completion of new die samples.
Liaise with Despatch Department for final order received from production and feedback to client as and when necessary.
To cooperate with any safety and health activities/campaigns organized by the company as well as to comply and enforce company’s safety and health rules and regulations.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
Minimum university graduate or 1-2 years working experience with related scope.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Independent and able to develop new market.
Indoor sales or outdoor sales experience will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Able to work under tight datelines.
Independent & able to make decision.
Problem-solving skills & able to handle complaints.
Willing to travel.
Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin and English.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role req uires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
