Your Mission:
To perform a variety of general researcher support tasks in warehouse department including:
01) Facilitate project implementation including design documentation, system configuration, testing, rollout and support in SAP Warehouse Management module and related projects.
To perform a variety of general researcher support tasks in warehouse department including:
01) Facilitate project implementation including design documentation, system configuration, testing, rollout and support in SAP Warehouse Management module and related projects.
02) Providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, training and support on SAP Warehouse Management module and related projects to end users.
03) Research and data analysis for Warehouse Management module.
04) Collaborate with IT functional team for SAP WM enhancement and improvement project.
05) Coordinate and daily troubleshooting of SAP WM issues faced by end users of TG group.
06) Support end users of TG group on monthly stock count activity.
07) Analyze and study abnormal case regarding SAP WM as per required by superior.
08) Support for SAP implementation and rollout project of WM module for future new plants.
09) Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse and storage area.
10) Practices safe work procedures, and follows all safety rules at all times
11) Travel required to outstation or oversea plants
12) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
13) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
What we are looking for:
01) At least a Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of working experience in the related field.
02) Experience with SAP WM module will be an added advantage, fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
03) Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
04) An independent and result-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision as well a team player.
05) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
06) Willing to work overtimes on weekend or public holiday.
07) Good Interpersonal and communication skills. 08) Membership of an appropriate professional body would be advantageous.
