• To responsible for operation process improvement.
• To ensure the quality products are being produced to meet customer specification.
• Create, review, update and ensure standard operation procedure (SOP), inspection checklist, control plans are being executed and quality objective is met.
• Understand the 5 core tools in project execution.
• Support new product launching activities, involve in operation for part testing, test run sample verification, technical discussion and related support until product acceptance.
• Use SPC, & FMEA tools for root cause analysis and recommend improvement plan.
• To ensure the quality product are being produced to meet customer specification.
• Create, review, update and ensure standard operation procedure (SOP), inspection checklist, control plans are being met.
• Maintain and ensure the QMS procedure are executed and participate in quality audit
• To optimize 5M methodology in routine tasks.
• Other tasks as directed by the superior or Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic / Industrial / Physics / Chemical or it’s relevant.
• Preferably 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
• A self-starter and positive mindset
• Understand the 5S requirement
• Computer literacy and well verse in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in ISO/IATF 16949
• Experienced with 5 core tools
• Fresh graduates with highly self-motivated are encouraged to apply
• Possesses ability in speaking Mandarin will be an advantage.
• The person must be able to work in MCKIP 3, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.
