Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients (China Market).
Prepare and handle full set of shipping docs for import and export.
Liaise with shipping and forwarding agents to ensure smooth flow of clearance processes of vessels, import and export goods of the company.
To arrange/ monitor/ follow up all the necessary for unloading and loading works.
To liaise with clients and relevant departments for tracking of shipments.
To perform others ad-hoc duties.
Good in communication and writing skills
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Words and etc)
Required Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate will act as a Shipping Operation for this job position.
