Job Description

As a Key Account Executive (E-Fulfillment) you are responsible to handle our J&T Express E-Fulfillment’s customer. You will be the brand ambassador to promote J&T Express E-Fulfillment service to the market, ensure business retention and business development.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: –

Acquire and develop new business opportunity.
Identify prospective customers, build strong and favourable relationship.
Discover customer needs and resolve customer’s enquiry and problem.
Coordinate with various parties to provide solution to satisfy client need.
Provide great customer experience.

Job Requirement: –

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa , English, Mandarin as its required to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel Word.
Organized, self-motivated individual which possess aggressive sales personality to achieve outstanding results.
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
Prefer presentable, pleasant personality, charismatic and well-groomed individual.
Must be able to travel across Malaysia.
Able to work in fast paced environment.
Willing to go extra miles to acheive sales target.
