Manage full spectrum HR function in Recruitment, Selection, C&B, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Training & Development
Process monthly payroll for staff, which include salary, OT, commissions, allowance and etc.
Participate in the development of compensation and benefits programs and implement annual performance review and salary structure process
Staffs’ discipline monitoring and action to take to against certain staff
To perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the superior
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Candidate must be willing to travel and possess own transport.
Working experience in logistic or courier express industry will be an added advantage.
