Job Scope
- Responsible for staff on-boarding procedure including work permit and visa application, new hires checklist and briefing, preparing information for payroll, etc.
- Responsible for payroll administration.
- Provide support on HRIS implementation and maintenance.
- Liaise with government statutory bodies such as IRB, EPF, SOSCO, MDEC and Immigration for any related matters / correspondence.
- Ensure personal file, organization chart and Employee Profile are always well-organized and maintain up-to-date.
- Create and ensure a positive working environment is provided to all employee and alert any malfunction and take prompt action when required.
- Participates initiatives that supports/enhances a positive work environment for employees as and when required (social activities, team event, annual dinner etc, as appropriate).
- Support in Recruitment related activities.
- Assist any other ad-hoc Human Resource matters as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or its relevant field.
- Passion in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including work permit renewal and application is desired.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized, meticulous and process oriented.
- Positive work attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
