- To responsible for full spectrum of human resource and admin functions as to ensure the healthy working lifestyle for all level of employees.
- To execute, maintain and review the HR policies, HR plans and procedures, employee benefit and reward system, performance evaluation, training development and administrative functions.
- To involve in recruitment and selection activities, for local and foreign workforce.
- Well verse in onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Performs employee skill analysis, skill enhancement and career development programs.
- Provides counseling to resolve employee grievance, coaching and directing employees to achieve human development goals.
- Handling workplace investigation, execute proper disciplinary procedures.
- Execute payroll and wages functions as per legislative requirements.
- Precise in HR reporting, developing HR and admin budget, updating and control the labour and admin expenditures as per pre-planned budget.
- Support Management administrative functions
JOB REQUIREMENT:-
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Possesses relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- A good communicator and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
- Computer literacy and familiarized with Microsoft Office application.
- A team player, outgoing & proactive personality.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in Malaysia Labour Laws & Regulations.
- An aggressive personality and result oriented.
- Possesses own transport and able to travel with short notice.
- The person must be able to work in MCKIP 3, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia.
