1. Must be able to station in Penang.
2. 10 to 15 years managerial experience in high rise commercial building and mixed development projects in construction industries, with a contract sum exceeding RM100 million and proven track record of completing projects within budget, time, quality and safety.
3. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

1. Essential exposure in multi-disciplinary works within a project, including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
2. Possess good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations, project implementation.
3. High level of integrity, strong and mature leadership quality with good planning and problem-solving skills and quality conscious.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with key stakeholders, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
5. Essential knowledge and experience in ISO implementation in construction industries.
6. Ensure total completion of project and obtain the Certification of Practical Completion.
7. Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison or attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
8. Manage assigned project to ensure that the project completes on time, within budget and specified quality and safety requirements for handling-over to the clients.
9. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and accordance to project specification.
10. Responsible for weekly site meeting to discuss progress on site with contractors, suppliers and consultants and provide timely report and feedback to management
11. Controlling and managing site materials, ordering materials, site labours and drawings
12. And other tasks assigned by the management
