Job Functions

Architect/Interior Design

Study 2D CAD, PDF and any kind of construction documents before start 3D Models creation.
To perform and assist in the preparation and documentation of construction drawings in REVIT for all projects assigned.
Ensure drawings are produced according to Company’s BIM standard and adhere to office BIM procedure.
Taking information that was previously spread across multiple sets of drawings and producing one set of computer models.
Prepare RFIs for MEP, Civil & Structure and Architecture related matters which need other parties’ clarification.
Attends design meeting or project meetings as directed by Project Manager and navigates models in meeting.
Willing to enter construction site when necessary or directed by Project Manager

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Building Construction or equivalent.
Requires skills : REVIT, Naviswork, BIM360, AutoCAD, MS Office.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
