As a Business Analyst in Theta Service Partner, you will be solving business challenges and improving workflow processes by leveraging our world class credit workflow and digital transformation software for financial institutions in local and overseas markets.
The job you will do:
- You will be engaging with and building relationships with users at our clients’ to assess and document their business needs and requirements
- You will be designing and configuring our software together with our team of solution architects to solve our clients’ business problems and meet their needs
- You will be testing the software to validate its readiness to meet our clients’ needs
- You will be assisting the users at our clients to test and confirm that our software meets their needs and requirements
The person you need to be:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering with CGPA of 3.0 and above
- You will be considered if you possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any other discipline with CGPA of 3.0 and above if you can demonstrate good communication and analytical abilities
- You will have good oral and written communication skills and like to connect with and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders in a project
- You will have the interest and natural curiosity to master our software and industry domain knowledge of our financial services clients
- You must have strong problem-solving skills
- You will need to have a positive attitude, be able to adapt to changes and work under pressure
