To handle office administrative task which includes documentations, filing correspondences, attending phone calls, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
To assist in inventory records and stock keeping.
To maintain proper filling system and matching of documents
To perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by immediate superior or any other persons assigned by the Management.
Responsibilities:
To support daily warehouse activities including incoming & outgoing stocks
Plan and manage storekeepers’ daily duties
Plan and manage daily goods’ delivery & drivers’ delivery schedule.
Handle storekeepers and drivers Urgent Issue
Ability to ensure customer orders are supply on time and work independent.
Checking for all the incoming & outgoing stocks.
Ability to ensured daily operation work in warehouse are run smoothly.
Manage goods return and issue goods return note.
Handle office administration and general duties for daily documentation issue, receipt & filling.
Perform other task as required by the management & other job related function as at when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma / Business Studies / Administration / Management, others or equivalent.
Required minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
Fresh graduates in relevant discipline are encouraged to apply.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office Accounting system will be an added advantage.
