Requirements

• With experience handling full set accounts for Strata Property Management operation for Joint Management Body/ Management Corporation
• Able to report to JMB/MC
• Able to communicate in English (Writing & spoken)
• Min education with diploma in accounting

Responsibilities

• Handling full set of accounts for strata property management operation
• Report to HQ/Building Manager/ JMB/MC/council members especially Treasurer
• Generate billings, payment records and any accounting related matters
• Work closely with operation team in terms of collection and expenses
